Medical video consultations for women who did everything right and still feel exhausted. Hormones, sleep, stress and the nervous system, looked at together — by a physician who has been on your side of the desk.
You might recognise this
This is the most common sentence I hear in a first hour. None of it is in your head. Most of it is in your stress physiology — cortisol, sleep, thyroid, iron, the nervous system’s ability to recover — and all of that can be measured and understood.
How it works
01 · Before we meet
Ten minutes, on your phone, starting with one question: which of the four areas brought you here. Then your history, your symptoms, your existing lab results. I read every intake and tell you whether the first hour is the right start — before you pay anything.
02 · The consultation
45 minutes on video. We go through what your body has been doing, not only what your labs say. You ask everything you never had time to ask.
03 · Within 48 hours
What to test, what to change, what to leave alone — in writing, shareable with your own doctors. Then 14 days of follow-up messages while you start.
Where to start
Elena works in four areas. They overlap — that is the point. Start where it hurts most; the first hour looks underneath.
You read the same sentence three times and the name you know will not come. Your brain is not failing — it is under-supplied.
You eat less than everyone around you and the scale still moves the wrong way. This is physiology, not discipline.
Eight hours of sleep, three coffees, and you are still empty by two in the afternoon.
Fatigue plus fog plus skin plus cycle plus mood. Rarely five problems — usually two or three causes.
About Elena
I trained as a trauma surgeon. I was good at it, and I was exhausted. After my daughter was born I did exactly what I now tell my patients not to do: I kept functioning until I could not. What came after — the reading, the testing, the slow rebuilding of my own nervous system — became the medicine I practise today. Women’s health taken as a whole: hormones, stress, sleep, skin, and the life around them.
Courage over perfection. That was the book.Elena Müllner
This is the practice.
What you take home
Every first hour ends with a written plan within 48 hours. Three headings, always the same: what to test, what to change, what to leave alone. Short enough to act on, precise enough to hand to your own doctor.
Consultations
Everyone starts with the first hour: 45 minutes on video, a written plan within 48 hours, and 14 days of messages while you start.
Whether you need more is something we decide together at the end of that hour, not something you buy in advance. If you do, it looks like this:
You receive the complete fee overview in writing, together with my reply to your intake — before anything is booked or paid. Payment happens at booking, never before.
Private pay, not billed to insurance; a receipt for reimbursement is provided on request. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
I take on a limited number of new patients each month
First hour · new patients
Step one is a ten-minute intake. I read every one and tell you honestly whether the first hour is the right start — before you pay anything.
Not one-to-one
The four areas — and the systems underneath them — taught in six live sessions, with the questions everyone has and nobody gets to ask. For women who want to understand their body before, or instead of, a private consultation.
This is teaching, not treatment: no individual diagnosis or therapy in the group. When a question needs your labs and your history, the answer is the first hour.
Questions
In writing, together with my reply to your intake — a complete overview of every format, before anything is booked or paid. Fees are fixed per format and reviewed once a year; there are no surprises, and nothing is charged until you confirm a time. For consultations under German law, the fee is agreed in a written fee agreement before the appointment.
The intake asks — brain fog, weight, fatigue, or all of it. If you would tick more than two, you are probably The Whole Picture, and that is the most common answer. You do not have to decide correctly; that is my job in the first hour.
If you want to understand what is going on in a woman’s body in general, start with the group. If you want to know what is going on in yours, start with the first hour. Many women do the group first and book the hour afterwards with better questions.
No. I work alongside them. You get a written plan you can share with your own doctors, and I tell you clearly when something needs to be seen in person.
That depends on where you are. Prescriptions follow the rules of the country you are in; in many cases I coordinate with your local physician rather than prescribing directly.
Yes — upload them in the intake. Results from the last six months are the most useful and often mean you do not need to test again.
English and German. The written plan comes in the language of the consultation.
Teleconsultation is not emergency care. If you are in acute distress, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line first. We can talk afterwards.
Up to 24 hours before, free of charge, from the confirmation email.
